Missing Japan, like we do? Well, why don’t you visit beautiful Japanese garden, which is located right next to the Chinese Garden in Jurong.
The gardening techniques used are based on those used in Japan in the Muromachi period (1392 – 1568) to the Momoyama period (1568 – 1615). The stone lanterns, rocks and arched bridges give the same feel to the Garden as that of the traditional gardens in Japan.
Jos kaipuu Japaniin iskee, kuten meille kävi, voi aina vierailla Singaporen japanilaisessa puutarhassa. Kaunis puutarha sijaitsee aivan kiinalaisen puutarhan vieressä.

This was a one big lizard – Tämä lisko oli valtavan kokoinen.
On the grounds is also a Turtle & Tortoise Museum which is actually pretty nice. It’s small but we end up spending there over an hour as kids wanted to feed turtles.
Puistoalueella sijaitsee myös kilpikonnamuseo tai pikemminin kilpikonnatarha. Tarha on pieni, mutta siellä on paljon kilppareita. Lapsista oli hauskaa syöttää jaloissa pyöriviä otuksia ja niinpä meillä hurahti siellä reilusti yli tunti.
